Check items:

  1. Replace the USB cable (square USB cable) and connect the motherboard directly to the PC
    (Troubleshoot the problem of the intermediate adapter cable)
  2. Reinstall the software and install the corresponding USB driver
    (Troubleshoot USB drive loss, damage or software problems)
  3. Replace the USB interface connection of the PC or replace the computer (to troubleshoot computer USB interface problems or system problems)
  4. Replace the network cable connection
    (Troubleshooting for USB connection failures)
