1.Possible cause analysis of failure:
(1)The driver is not installed.
(2)There are some problems with the IP setting.
(3)Is there a problem with the computer port.
(4)Check whether the cable is connected well.
(5)Check whether the “Device Port”(USB and network) is selected correctly in the lower right corner of the software.Change the port if it’s not correct.(for example,change COM5 to COM3)
2.Solutions:
For above problems,the solutions are following:
(1)Install the drive.
(2)Reset the IP.
(3)Change the USB port or the computer port.
(4)Change the cable.
