Common fault troubleshooting of laser tube

A.At the beginning of the work , the problem of carving and cutting depth is not enough .

  1. Checking whether the supporting point of the laser tube is reasonable .
  2. Checking whether the light intensity (current) setting is too small .
  3. Checking whether the optical path is offset .
  4. Checking whether the focal length is correct .
  5. Checking whether there are scratches and dirt on the surface of the lens .
  6. Checking whether the flow and pressure of cooling water are normal .

B . After the machine works for a while ,the problem of engraving and cutting depth is not enough .

  1. Checking whether the supporting point of the laser tube is reasonable .
  2. Checking whether the water temperature is normal .
  3. Checking whether the lens gets hot during work .
  4. Checking whether the flow and pressure of cooling water are normal .
  5. Checking whether the cooling water is clean .

C . High voltage ignition and discharge .

  1. Checking whether there is dirt or moisture around the high pressure head of the laser .
  2. Checking whether the high pressure end or the high pressure joint is too close to the metal part of the machine .
  3. Checking whether the high-voltage connection device of the laser power supply falls off from the support .
  4. Checking whether the internal wiring of the high-pressure connecting device is broken or damaged .
  5. The water temperature is too low , resulting in condensate water in the pipe wall and water cooling sleeve .

D . Laser tube rupture .

  1. The water temperature is too low to cause the water inside the laser machine to freeze .
  2. There is no water in the laser machine .
  3. Too low water pressure .
  4. The direction of water flow does not follow the principle of low inflow and high outflow , and the water does not fill the water-cooled tube of the laser machine , resulting in local heating of the laser machine .
  5. Laser tube quality problem . The inner tube connection part is weak , accidental vibration will lead to fragmentation .

E . High voltage discharge and breakdown phenomena .
1 . The power supply does not match or the use of different specifications of the power supply (the use of high-power laser power supply to stimulate the lower-power laser tube) . It’s more than the laser tube can withstand the rated voltage , resulting in the damage of the laser tube .
2 . The water cooling condition is not good , the cooling water does not fill the whole water cooling tube so there are some bubbles . In the position without water cooling , the local temperature is too high , which leads to the change of glass material and causes the local damage of the laser tube glass .
3 . The temperature , raw materials , technology and other reasons of the glass material production caused by the glass material in the influence of small bubbles or uneven thickness , such a situation in the case of high voltage discharge caused by the damage of the weak position .
