Rdworks have not conect whit de laser

we have rdworks installed on the laptop. We have installed the drivers of rdworks. but rdworks has no contact with the laser, if we send a traffic jam away to the laser, “no contact with the laser”

what we have also done is ligtburn installed (trial version) ligtburn does make contact with the laser…
but we would like to get started with rdworks…
What are we doing wrong…

we have a rdc6445S ruida control

If you are on a Windows machine, you should be able to see the machine in the device manager. If you can’t see it from the OS then in all likelihood the software can’t see it either…

This is generally a driver issue… If you wish to run Lightburn, I suggest you join the Lightburn forum and ask there. There are also lots of discussions on the site about installing the proper drivers.
