Hello, I tried to start the machine but it gave a communication failure error. When I turn on the machine, it resets to zero. I can only use it to cut the last design I made, but I can’t see new or old designs. I can’t move the motors from the screen. I checked my power supply and it’s working. The 5-volt power supply light is on, and the connection between the screen and the motherboard is good. I can’t connect the machine to RDworks at all. What can I do? Thank you for your help.
