1.Problem description:RDC6442,before V8.0.06 version of the software,draw a diagram to download to the main board,the panel processing will appear “file incompatibility”.
2.Possible cause analysis of failure:Mainboard model version does not correspond to software version.
3.Solution:Software settings–System setting–system version;Read version of the model,if not with the corresponding software version,need to upgrade the mainboard version.
