I have just purchased a new RDC-6445s and have installed them, Problem is that they home perfectly and then will not move away from the Home position. I home in the upper Left. I’m guessing since it’s showing the home position on the controller, There is an internal parameter that is stopping it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Origin offset: If the axis should be able to perform fixed position protection, usually the value should be set to 2~5mm, if it is set to 0,
Then when the motion axis runs to the minimum coordinate 0, it is possible to make the limit bit effective, which will cause a hard limit bit to be wrongly contacted.
The protection function makes the machine stop in an emergency. If the ability to fix position protection is not used, it can be set to 0~5mm.
