1.Connect the mainboard USB to the computer,install the USB driver when installing the software.
2.In the computer device manager-find the general serial line controller,see if there is a popup !USB Serial Converter(with an exclamation point),select Update Driver-Install from the list or the specified location(Advanced)-Next-Browse-Select the USB Driver(32-bit 64-bit)in the Driver Pack and go to Next.
