New 60W MOPA Laser - No Laser or Controller Power

I just received my 60W MOPA Laser yesterday and set it up according to the instructions. When I power up the machine and then try to power on the “Controller” and the “Laser” buttons …nothing happens to the lights in the buttons but the fans do come on. To make sure I removed all the cables and reinstalled them but that did’t help either. I’m waiting on a response from CloudRay but thought I might try the forum to see if anyone else has had this problem.

There is no light on the button, and the fan light is on, indicating that the power supply is working normally

Lights are not necessary, if the machine is perfectly connected to the computer, enjoy it.
