Does the machine also not change anything when you press the controller button and the laser button? Can you hear a motor turning in the head of the Galvo?
I was not getting anything from the controller or laser switches. They contacted me back and had me check internally for lose wires, but everything seemed good but i added some pressure to every plug inside and wiggled every lead and then tried to power it on and BAM… all the lights came on, fans running and it seems to be back to a functioning state. I have not tested it yet but im about to. So probably during transport the extreme cold temperatures contracted a lead somewhere inside and caused this error. Hope this is useful for anyone else having this issue upon arrival of their engraver.
I had a similar issue with mine the first time powering it on. Nothing turned on: no lights, fans, lasers or sounds of any kind. Checked the outlet, outlet was fine. Powered all the switches on and back off a few times and then suddenly everything turned on and has worked (powered on/off) normally ever since. Not sure what the deal was with that but the laser has been working great with no further issues.
From your counter-message, it looks more like poor contact points due to shipping vibrations, I would recommend having the assembly department pay attention to these details and do further vibration dampening on the packaging to ensure the machine is safe and sound.
