The following inspection methods are carried out under the condition that the laser tube is not damaged in appearance:
- If the laser power supply has a detection function, when the laser is in the power standby state, after pressing the test switch, the laser light is on and the laser tube outputs the laser. If the laser light is not on, it indicates that the laser power supply is damaged; if the laser light is on and the laser tube does not emit laser light, it indicates that the laser is damaged;
- If the laser power supply has no detection function,connecting the signal port 5V and IN of the laser power supply with wires; Connecting the three ports L, P, and G. After the laser power supply is powered on, if the current is above 10mA, the laser is without the laser energy output or the laser energy output is relatively weak, indicating that the laser is damaged; if the current is below 10mA, it indicates that the laser power supply is damaged.Troubleshooting common faults of laser power supply.xlsx (11.4 KB)
