- The cleaning frequency of the lens: It is recommended to clean before work every day. The lens is easy to be stained with dust or other contaminants, causing laser loss or lens damage.
- How to clean the lens: Take off the lens and use a lens wiping paper dipped in a cleaning solution to carefully wipe it along the center to the edge of the lens.
- Matters needing attention:
a. The lens should be wiped gently, not rubbing back and forth, and not being scratched by sharp objects. Do not damage the surface coating. Since the surface of the lens is coated with an anti-reflection coating, damage to the coating will greatly affect the laser energy output;
b. The wiping process should be handled gently to prevent falling;
c. When installing the focusing lens, be sure to keep the concave side down
d. For the carbon dioxide cutting machine, there is no need to disassemble the first reflector and the second reflector when cleaning.
e. You can use absolute ethanol or a special cleaning agent to clean the lens.
f. The cotton ball needs to be replaced every time you wipe until the dirt is removed;
g. After each cleaning is completed, it is necessary to verify whether there is no deviation in the optical path before working.
