Erratic marking/no longer functioning

Issue Description: When marking parts, a portion of text will etch and then the laser jumps and begins to erratically mark for the remainder of the etch. After turning off, allowing a “cool down” for approx. 30 min I was able to complete about 4 Etches. The machine currently will no longer light the selected text in the marking field or mark at all.

Perhaps the control card signal is interfered with, contact customer service to handle it for you or replace the control card.
