Why can I not upload the Video of the problem. Says i cannot upload because i am new . That is crazy . I purchased a tube from you RECI 100W , it took monts to get here then I installed it , used it for about 10 hours then left it dormant for about 11 months, There is no gas leak or any cracks no bubbles also look s the same when i fire it as it did when it was working, same brightness and same colour but nothing comes out of the end , you can see in the video .
