Hi, due a strange problem with my new controller 6445S about axes moviments after homing procedure i’d like to change the firmware on the controller because it’s the last thing that is left to do before that i send back this controller for replacement. My current firmware is 26.01.13 and also i would like to know if i can put the firmware of 6445G safely or are different ?

I am Having A similar problem. When the laser is actually on it cuts perfectly, but when it pauses to step over it loses location and cuts right on top of itself. for instance, the word “text” is one letter on top of another letter. where it pauses the laser, it does a short step and restarts.
