We have a Huahai Laser Model YLP-HB20W. It is the favorite laser marker of our Jewelers. Lately the marks are very faint. Do you think it could be a power supply issue? We would like to know if replacing the power supply would be the best way to go. Or could it be another piece that we need to replace?
