We have the EC-30 and use primarily for yetis and mugs. We have the rotary, but when doing a circle it engraves an oval. Any suggestions?
When engraving a cylinder, if you focus on the top of the cylinder, the result will inevitably be an ellipse due to the projection effect. You can lower the focal point slightly so that it is inside the cylinder.
