Distortion on Y-Axis

I have the CloudRay MP-60 with a SL-1064-200-290 Lens and Lightburn Software Version 1.6.03.

I have uploaded the Cor file Marker Pro(LM23A0518JZ)/software/Cor/F290.cor

When trying to cut a 20mm circle art piece, the resulting measurements are:
x-axis = 19.76mm
y-axis = 20.48mm

Ideas or help is much appreciated.

The calibration tool is Lightburn works, but I seem to have to recalibrate often. I should not have to be recalibrating constantly. It is most noticeable on circles.
