I have been using my fiber laser since I received it in January. Last time was Thursday doing a materials test on a new cup. Today, Saturday, I am trying to engrave dog tags, which I have done before, but I am getting no laser output only the red framing laser. I need to get these tags and cups done fairly quickly, any idea what to try?
