1、 EZCAD-Param(F3)-adjust galvo head, F-theta lens, fiber source.

Make a mark like ‘田’

Make a square size with the same for F-theta Lens, such as 110x110mm.

‘Ctrl+T’ copy the line.

Find the correct height (focusing Point).

Measure the length for 3x line(X axis) and 3x line(Y axis).They should be the same.
