# Introduction line of Metalcut software

1.Problem description:For Metalcut1.007 and Metalctu1.011,these softwares will appear:join the introduction line when download and cutting.The graph actually cut the introduction line.  
2.Possible cause analysis of failure:Software BUG.  
3.Solution:In the processing parameters,there is a column for sealing,change it to 0mm or replace with a new software.
