I’m a complete beginner at this; I just bought a Cloudray M2 fiber laser engraver, but I haven't been able to get it working. When I connect it to my laptop, I get a message stating that the device isn't recognized and suggesting it might be damaged or malfunctioning. Consequently, I haven't been able to install it. Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this? If the PC doesn't recognize it, I can't install it. My computer runs Windows 10. Thanks in advance for your help.
