I have a Cloudray 50W JPT LP using ezcad2. after setting it up and calibrating it has worked great. worked great yesterday and to day the machine is not working correctly. making a loud noise when using the light and circles are Octagon like. reloaded my correct file and when that didnt work i re-worked the corefile program. still having no luck any advise will be very helpful ![photo_2023-02-07_21-31-28](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/cloudray/original/1X/33667bde0e25ff693feb0156ddd7729f0f948c42.jpeg) ---

There is a problem with the motor inside the galvanometer, I suggest you contact the after-sales service
