We have a Huahai Laser Model YLP-HB20W. It is the favorite laser marker of our Jewelers. Lately the marks are very faint. Do you think it could be a power supply issue? We would like to know if replacing the power supply would be the best way to go. Or could it be another piece that we need to replace?

Hello, mgsbookkeeper.According to the content of your question, I have the following three suggestions

1. Please check if the focal length is correct.
2. Please check whether the laser has energy attenuation, you can use a laser energy meter.
3. Please check whether there is dust on the mirror surface of the marking machine.
