# Cleaning Software for iOS

Hi All,
Hope I didn’t miss a thread about the software for iOS. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
I’m struggling to get the iOS app for the laser cleaner to work. No iOS device finds the laser, nor in Bluetooth settings of the device or the App settings.
I tried a six years old iPad and an iPhone 16. no chance.
Then I tried an Android tablet. Under Bluetooth settings I see the laser and can connect to it. But the provided Android app is outdated, looks completely different and is in Chinese only. This app also doesn’t connect to the laser.
So no working iOS or Android apps are available.
Is there any solution to get the cleaning laser connected? Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

What is the model number of the machine you are using?
