Hello, I just bought my first laser and I’m having a lot of issues with it. When I flip the power switch the laser head just keeps trying to go further back, towards the laser tube and won’t stop unless I shut it off. It grinds up against the back wall.

Further the machine won’t connect to any software I attempt to use. I don’t know what to do.
